Terms & Conditions for Guests

Please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for all participants. Participation in the event implies acceptance of these rules. Management reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.

1️. Entry & Safety Rules

• Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket or confirmation.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone violating event policies.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by activity operators and staff.
• All provided safety equipment (e.g., helmets, harnesses) must be worn as instructed. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from activities without refund.
• In case of injury or emergency, follow staff instructions and proceed to the designated first-aid area. Trained medical personnel are on site.

2️. Strictly No Alcohol / Intoxication Policy

• ❌ Liquor, drugs, smoking substances, or any intoxicating items are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• ❌ Guests under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances will not be allowed to participate in adventure activities, rain dance, or any other events.
• ❌ No refund will be provided if entry or participation is denied due to intoxication.
• This event includes adventure games and family participation, hence safety and full alertness are our top priority. Any violation will result in immediate removal without refund.

3️. Adventure Activity Guidelines

• Adventure activities like Zipline, Giant Swing, Rope Course, Multi Activity Tower, and others are subject to:
• Weight and height restrictions.
• Safety harness compliance and weather conditions.
• Pre-existing medical conditions: Guests with heart issues, asthma, mobility limitations, recent injuries, or pregnancy should consult a doctor and inform staff.
• Guests must sign an activity waiver upon entry or as required.
• By participating, guests acknowledge inherent risks and release the venue from liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

4️. Organic Colour Policy

• ✅ The package includes 2 pouches of organic colors per guest.
• ✅ Additional colors can be purchased from the authorized counter inside the venue.
• ❌ Outside colors, chemical colors, oil-based colors, or harmful substances are strictly not allowed.
• Management is not responsible for skin allergies; guests with sensitive skin are advised to take precautions and test colors beforehand.

5️. Rain Dance Guidelines

• Rain dance access is available upon request during the designated time.
• Only organic colors and water spray will be used.
• Guests are requested to:
• Carry their own towel for personal use (venue does not provide towels to maintain hygiene).
• Carry an extra pair of clothes.
• Slippery floor caution: Guests must move carefully inside the rain dance zone to avoid accidents.

6️. Personal Belongings

• Guests are requested not to bring valuables.
• Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Lockers (if available) may be used at the guest’s own responsibility.

7️. Dress Code Recommendation & Footwear

• Guests are advised to wear comfortable attire suitable for adventure activities, rain dance, and color play
• Sports shoes or closed-toe footwear are recommended and mandatory for adventure games; avoid sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet.
• Avoid expensive accessories, loose jewellery, delicate fabrics, or items that could pose a hazard.

8️. Food & Beverage Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Buffet will be served during designated lunch hours.
• Hi-tea will be served as per schedule.

9️. Behaviour, Conduct & Hygiene

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. No rough play, harassment, or disruptive actions will be tolerated.
• Do not litter; use designated bins. Maintain personal hygiene—hand sanitizers and washing stations are available, especially after handling colours or during games.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
• Environmental rules: Help keep the venue clean and eco-friendly.

10. Photography & Media Consent

• Event photos and videos may be captured for promotional purposes.
• By entering the event, guests consent to photography and videography. If you do not wish to be featured, inform staff in advance.
• Personal drones or professional cameras require prior approval.

11. Weather & Force Majeure

• In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, certain activities may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled.
• No refund will be provided due to weather interruptions or force majeure events.

12. Refund & Cancellation

• Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Early bird offers are limited period and subject to availability.
• No refunds for no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours, or exclusions due to policy violations. In venue-initiated cancellations (e.g., due to weather), rescheduling or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

13. Children Policy

• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
• Height, weight, and age restrictions apply for adventure activities.
